Culpeper Acquires Cox Industries Residential Divsion

On January 9th, 2018, we are proud to announce that Culpeper Wood Preservers officially acquired the residential division of Cox Industries.  The plants are located in Orangeburg, SC, Branchville, SC, Coleridge, NC, and Cove City, NC. Our goal at Culpeper Wood Preservers has always been to provide products and services that enable our business partners to increase their profit and grow their market share. With this acquisition, we are confident our customers and suppliers will become even stronger.  In 1976, Culpeper Wood Preservers sprouted from a single location in Culpeper, VA.  Today we are 10 locations strong and one of the largest treated wood companies in the world. We attribute this success to the strength, talent and dedication of our employees, customers, suppliers and business associates.
