SLMA Welcomes New Associate Member: Smith Sawmill Service

Smith Sawmill Service has been proudly serving the wood industry since 1990. Our services and products are designed around the ever changing needs of sawmills, chip mills, paper mills, pallet manufacturers and the like.  We feel, through our 50 plus employees at our two locations, our customers reap the benefit of over 200 years of combined sawmill experience. We have over 20,000 feet in our shops, equipped with the right machinery to supply sawmills with what is necessary to meet tomorrow's needs, today and most importantly to achieve the highest yield at the lowest cost.

 

At Smith Sawmill Service we strive to provide the type of personal customer service that was received years ago coupled with products and technology expected in years to come. Our goal is to make sure our customers have the best equipment and cutting tools in order to meet their goals, to increase yield and to produce the highest quality lumber products in the most cost efficient manner. We offer a complete line of equipment, saws, knives and mill supplies as well as the experience to help keep everything operating accurately.
